Jennifer is the founder and principal at Tanzu Consulting, LLC, a boutique HR consultancy
specializing in aligning their clients’ organizational cultures with their vision and values. With
over three decades of experience, she has served in executive roles with responsibilities
including talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, executive coaching, employee
relations, compensation, benefits administration, and culture curation. Jennifer most recently
served as inaugural Chief People, Culture, and Operations Officer at Democracy Forward
Foundation in Washington, DC. Jennifer’s career spans the full talent lifecycle of people￾centered initiatives.
